The location is great—quiet, beautiful, with a view over the landscape. The gear was solid, and we felt right in the middle of nature. Unfortunately, the tent wasn’t entirely clean; there were animal hairs on the mattresses. Getting to the farm by car is almost impossible; we scratched the underside of our car multiple times. A parking spot closer to the road should be seriously considered, and that’s why I lowered my overall score.

The vistas are fantastic, the spot is charming, and Chris made a great host. It was the perfect quiet escape. The only note is that I had a small issue.

The scenery is incredible and the spot is ideal for sightseeing and hiking. The bed was very comfy. The path to the tent is rough, though the owners warn about that.
