We love staying here because it's so close to our son, and parking is usually easy. The security is also reassuring. The staff are super helpful and answer all our questions. My only gripe is that the hotel needs more handicapped rooms - my wife needs a room with a raised toilet and grab bars, and there's only one available.

The shuttle service was a highlight of our stay - John, our driver, was fantastic.

The room was freezing, and when I first mentioned it to the front desk, they basically said there was nothing they could do. I brought it up again a few days later, and the assistant manager kind of blew up at me, telling me there was heat - just not in my wing, apparently. It wasn't until I got a portable heater that I was able to warm up.

Great location and secure parking, but that's about where the positives end. The first night, my room was chilly, and the second night, the breaker tripped because the room next door was using a space heater, which also messed with my thermostat. The pillows were super hard, and it felt like the hotel was stuck in the past with some of their equipment.

The hotel's proximity to dining and the river walking path was a big plus, but our room on the lower floor was a bit of a letdown. The hallway could use a renovation - the new paint was nice, but there was a weird smell from the chairs.
