When an earthquake hits, someone knocks on your door to check you’re okay; if you break down watching collapsed buildings, a shoulder tap offers a warm coffee; and if you miss a night or arrive late, they text to see how you’re doing. At checkout, they give a comforting hug. The shower water is also very warm and a bit scarce, but you have to appreciate what you have.

The hotel was comfortable and well‑located. The floor in the room was dirty and there was a leak (probably from the sink) in the bathroom that kept the floor wet and even slippery, making the price‑quality ratio disappointing.
