The staff were friendly, though the room rate was high.

It was hard to tell that the refrigerator was switched off; I didn’t notice and kept putting drinks in it, and the power switch was hidden behind the kettle, making it invisible. They really need to make that clearer!

The venue was close by and the cost performance was good, but the bath was cramped.
The hotel was spotless, the staff welcoming, and all promised amenities were clean; any schedule changes were clearly announced. The room itself was lovely, and I was lucky to get a top‑floor room with an amazing view. Even though it was on the smaller side, that’s normal for Japan and I still felt I had enough space for my belongings.
