The staff were friendly, but the facilities had a bad smell and the beds were very uncomfortable, making the stay horrible.

I loved the large tub, and Desk David was very nice and helpful, but the tub drain was dirty, the were‑plug was missing, and the icebox inside the trim was falling off, making it painful to open.

The manager, David, and a Hispanic female staff member were extremely rude and disrespectful; we were denied check‑in even with a confirmed reservation, so I will never stay at any property owned or operated by this company.
