I keep coming back to this hotel because I usually arrive late and use the self‑check‑in, so I can't say much about the staff. The price‑to‑value ratio is usually spot on, especially given its central spot right in the old town. The apartments feel a bit dated but still charming, and I love the little balconies. I really like the concept overall—totally recommend it, keep it up!

The location was excellent. The windows and balcony faced the courtyard and it was quiet, and the room was fairly spacious. The towels need replacing—they’re old and torn. The pillows are made from some sort of filler pieces.

We were standing outside the hotel with our luggage when we got a call that our booking had to be cancelled because of a double booking. Nothing could be done for us—what a shame! I was really disappointed; I've been there several times before, so it was even more frustrating.

Die Lage ist top, direkt in der Altstadt. Grundsätzlich war alles da, was man brauchte. Das Personal war super freundlich. Bettwäsche und Bad waren sauber. Boxspringbett in Altstadtnähe- das man aus einem Stoffbett kaum Flecken bekommt sollte klar sein. Laken und Bettwäsche waren aber absolut rein! Reparaturen wurden schon einige ausgeführt, aber leider sehr auffällig. Auf die wichtigsten Sachen wurde bei der Reinigung geachtet. Steckdosen und so bewerte ich lieber nicht. Insgesamt kann man es wohl verwohnt nennen
