The location, comfort, and willingness to help guests were excellent, though I felt the café could have been better for a hotel of this level.

Staff were attentive and the hotel’s location was great, but the walls are very thin and we could hear everything from the room next door; they kept talking all night, drinking and smoking, so we couldn’t sleep—an awful experience.
