I was impressed with the hotel's location right on the lake, and the rooms were relatively clean, although a refresh would be nice. We were also overcharged by 40 zł for our stay, which was not reflected in our booking, and we only realized it after the fact.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a party in the restaurant that went on until 2 am, which I was not informed about beforehand. The receptionist was surprised that I hadn't been told, and despite the room being on the second floor, the noise from the party was still audible. To make matters worse, the room I had booked had no elevator, despite the fact that it was mentioned in the booking that there was one. On a positive note, the hotel has a great pool for young children.
I had a fantastic time at this hotel, which is situated in a beautiful location by the lake, with a stunning view of the amphitheater. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is also excellent, and the rooms are well-maintained and quiet. The hotel is perfect for couples and families with children, who will love the play area and the pool and saunas. I would highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been yet.
