Breakfast was excellent and the staff were great, but there were a couple of bugs in the bathroom and the walls were cracked due to foundation shifts.

Staff was very accommodating. Mainly accessibility issues. 1. No elevator so I could not visit my family staying on the second floor. 2. As much as I want to commend the good hight level on the bed to accommodate the needs of wheelchair users, it would be nice to have another chair that non wheelchair users can use that are not so low. 3. In the room that is designed for people who are deaf you need to have the doorbell connected to a flashing light. Deaf people cannot hear a doorbell. You need to have people with disabilities be part of the design team. The above issues would not exist if you had people with disabilities contributing to the design and review. Thank you
