The hotel’s location is excellent, the staff are pleasant, and the rooms are good. The pool is under renovation, and the hotel didn’t inform us beforehand, which made our stay difficult since that was one of the reasons we chose this great hotel.

The location was good. It seems the installation is incomplete: the power outlet near the bed didn’t work, furniture was missing, and the pool was under construction. I was annoyed that they didn’t clean the room on the intermediate day I stayed.

Nothing good. The place lacks a pool, a sunbathing area, and a billiards table; rooms aren’t cleaned and towels are changed, the bathroom is badly designed and forms a puddle of water.

I liked the location and the exterior looks renovated in most parts. The staff don’t speak English and barely try to understand you, it’s pretty pricey for what you get, and you need to ask 3–4 times for things to be cleaned or taken care of. The room was a bit dirty, and when you shower the smell of sewage rises; the bathroom door was just a wooden surface with no proper hinges and didn’t close right.

The pool was fairly warm, and the manager was friendly, but the hotel is still being rebuilt. They never mentioned that you must pay in cash, which is the only hotel I've ever run into with that issue. We got there very late and exhausted, and nobody was there to greet us. When the person in charge finally arrived, he had headphones on and seemed unwilling to help with payment or give us our rooms. He assigned us the wrong room, which we discovered the next morning. We asked to borrow a knife to cut a cake and even wanted plates, but they said they couldn't provide anything because their kitchen was "kosher," showing no willingness to assist or provide good service to customers. The room and walls were stained, the pool chairs were completely broken, and other guests were rude and loud at night.
