“Déçues”
The staff were lovely, attentive and always ready to help. All of the facilities were either dirty or broken—spider webs, a clogged bathtub drain, dust, and filthy duvets and pillows; the kitchen offered very limited options for dinner and breakfast, with no desserts at all; the hotel felt like a ghost town, we were three people but only two were on the reservation, and the atmosphere was heavy; the exterior was poorly maintained; the spa corner was cheap but also neglected. The place might have been decent years ago, but it has aged badly and does not justify its price at all.
