Everything was great, truly an amazing holiday experience. 24‑hour unlimited service is always running. The food suits Turkish tastes, really tasty and enjoyable. It was flawless; we were very satisfied. At check‑in and check‑out we received help, and we’re especially grateful to Hady Ragab Bey for making us feel so good.

The place is big, the view is beautiful and tidy, and there are many entertainment and food options. There is no prayer room and no mats in the rooms.

The property is wonderful with all the amenities; we had room 1215, it was super clean, ideal for families and couples, has a water park and private access to the coral reef, plus five restaurants all of good quality. Highly recommended. The Italian chef Anna is a guarantee. In some areas the floor is a bit slippery but it’s a minor thing.
