I loved the location and the convenience of the accommodation, plus the friendliness of the cleaning staff, but the bed was a little lacking in comfort.

Everything was perfect, no complaints at all. The room was spotless, the service was quick, and the location was great. I left feeling satisfied. No issues whatsoever.
