Our top‑floor room had a nice big balcony overlooking the water. However, there were cockroaches, no hand soap, and not enough bath towels for the six of us. The room codes were obvious, there was no staff, and the owners were unreachable. It was very noisy.

Ji, ji, breakfast? There was no human staff to welcome us in such a touristy place; it feels like Puerto Rico is changing and many young people need teachers in service to find balance in the staff. Keep it up!
