We faced serious issues with the hotel’s management; after reporting a broken air conditioner, technicians repeatedly gave the front desk incorrect information, and the leadership proved completely unprofessional in handling the situation.

Fantastic staff and kitchen personnel, but the pool needs some maintenance, especially the showers, and it would be great to have a coffee machine in the rooms.
