We liked the good food, the friendly staff (Eszter), the spacious double‑bed room, and the proximity to Kitzbühel, plus the Brixen Guest Card that let us use the bus for free; the large parking lot was also great. The construction noise was intense right outside our window and started at 7 am, but we were warned about it, so we’re sure it’ll be fine once finished; meanwhile no wellness facilities were available.

“Es war schön, sehr sauber und ein angenehmer Aufenthalt”

The food (we booked breakfast) was very tasty and fine; there was plenty of everything, it was usually restocked, we enjoyed breakfast for two days, and the staff were very friendly. The downside was that guests who only book room + breakfast had no cake offered in the afternoon—even if they paid for it they didn’t get it, which I think could be changed; it feels a bit “aside” and we would have liked a small dessert with our coffee, but otherwise it’s not a disaster.

Check‑in was smooth, we could order a lunch package instead of breakfast, and early check‑out was possible; the balcony was big, the room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, many kids made the room right by the stairs very loud, and billiards and foosball were only available for a fee.

The hotel felt very impersonal and sterile, almost as if it was designed for mass tourism.

“Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel”

The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was very varied. The parking situation – but that is being changed.
