The room was roomy and cozy, featuring a large bed and a solid workspace. The hotel served as a handy base for my brief visit to São Paulo, and the staff were extremely helpful; breakfast added a nice touch to the overall experience. The bathroom and toilet could use some upgrades and modernization, but otherwise there were no major issues.

The hotel was excellent, with a full breakfast and outstanding service. The pillows are a bit stiff and could be improved. The room itself is superb, the bathroom and closet are very good, and the work table is great for meetings and tasks, complete with a nice office chair. I’ll return again. The only downside is the pillows.

The location is superb and the breakfast is great! The acoustic windows and blackout curtains are of high quality.

The shower is good. The room paintings give off a dirty vibe. The housekeeping didn’t change the bath towels, and the room didn’t even look clean.
