The transport service to Universal parks is good. I didn’t understand why they don’t have Disney. The space for breakfast was limited. The breakfast foods could offer some things like ham and cheese, which are a good complement to the breakfasts.

Bella and Arlette at the front desk were fantastic, and Angela and Carmen at breakfast were very friendly—thanks, guys. The elevators, however, need an upgrade.

The hotel sits in a superb spot, is spotless, and the beds and rooms feel comfortable; the staff are welcoming. We spent 7 days there, but breakfast stayed the same each day—adding more fruit and varied options would help avoid the bland, repetitive taste, and there’s a faint musty odor in the rooms.
