Everything was just perfect, but the sliding door of the elevator could have been lubricated to reduce the squeaks.

The breakfast was really good, the bed was soft and the bedding was high quality, yet an asthmatic guest experienced breathing difficulties in the public areas—perhaps the carpet or something else caused it, and I wasn’t the only one who noticed.
