“Hostelvibes für Familien”
Everything was lovingly and creatively set up, brand new and spotless. The outdoor area was great for kids, and there were nice toys in the lounge too; the kitchen was very clean. We were only here for a layover, but our children would have liked to stay longer.
The staff were very nice and treated us superbly! The location is stunning, an old farmhouse with a modern interior that feels very cosy. There’s also a nice restaurant nearby, a great place. DANGER: you might not want to leave ;-)

The only downside was the departure. It’s a shame the sauna isn’t included in the room rate and that a mere 15‑minute session is billed as a full hour because the system triggers heating for an hour. In my case, I used it three times for 30 minutes each and was charged for three hours. Luckily it isn’t set to heat for 12 hours, otherwise the bill would have been even more shocking. Moreover, if other guests use the remaining 45 minutes, the logic would suggest that the cost should be shared or prorated. So am I also paying for the time the sauna was idle because other guests weren’t using it? This pricing policy probably needs rethinking.
A beautiful and cozy place, perfect for spending a few days visiting Switzerland.
