The foyer and hallways had a modern look, staff were helpful, and breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and great value; however, the pool and fitness room were closed for the entire two nights/three days due to painting, which was why I booked this hotel for my kids to have something fun between errands—guests should be warned beforehand about changes to advertised facilities. The room needed more lighting; it felt too dark with insufficient light in the bathroom or room.

“Terrible hotel”

I want a refund and will contest this with my credit card. The hotel was filthy; I took pictures. I couldn't stay there and drove all the way back to Seattle, wasting time that I could have spent helping my daughter move into an apartment. There was no pool or hot tub functioning, and everything was terrible.

Clean and cozy, but the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were a let‑down—hot tub was broken and sauna had been shut down for a long time, which was really disappointing.

“Poor”

The price was the only positive thing. The beds were bad, it smelled, there was no ice in the machine, the card door didn’t work for the pool, and the hot tub was out of order.
