Nothing positive at all. The main issue was that the hotel never verified our booking; it felt worse than a Dharmashala. The rate was over 10k per room per night and I had booked seven rooms for three days. Reception staff were extremely rude and uncultured, insisting on the 50% advance I had already paid. When we arrived on the morning of 11th Feb 2025 there were no rooms available. I kept calling customer service, who kept assuring me we had a stay. This feels like a criminal conspiracy. I’m still trying to obtain the Indian address to file a FIR. The whole situation was blatant cheating and fraud through misrepresentation.

“Disgusting and deplorably filthy”

Nothing good to mention. The hotel was third‑class and the ground staff had not inspected it at all. When I arrived they had already rented out our reserved rooms to other customers. No one with a shred of sense was available to discuss our reservations. The staff claimed there were no reservations and questioned why I had paid. The place was uninhabitable for someone who paid Rs10k per night per room. On the morning of 11th Feb 2025 we found no rooms. While traveling from Patna to Prayagraj I kept informing the call centre that we would arrive between 5am and 6am; the faceless operator assured me our rooms were ready. The staff were nonsense, showing no respect for customers paying almost Rs2 lakhs for the hotel. I will file a complaint with the online fraud department of the Odisha Police soon. At 0800 hrs we still had no rooms. After almost 5 hours of calls the customer care finally gave us six rooms. Cleanliness and sanitation were worthless and shabby. There were no fresh, washed sheets, blankets or towels. It was humiliating and horrifying for me, who brought 13 people in cold temperatures, to feel like I was being assaulted repeatedly by the property owners. The company is disgusting and utterly shameless. I will never use their services again. After that I booked six rooms in Varanasi for 12th Feb through Makemytrip because I could not stay there for a minute; the hotel and services offered by Makemytrip were exceptionally good.

The room was not available even after the booking was confirmed. When I called, they said the rooms were already booked.
