“Disappointing”
The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the rest of my experience was a bit of a letdown. The room had a weird smell that lingered even after I opened the window, and the cleanliness could've been better. To make matters worse, there was no wardrobe to store my luggage, and I had to live out of my suitcase the whole time. I also found it odd that they didn't provide complimentary water bottles, which is something I've come to expect from hotels.
