We stayed along the Kuma River and enjoyed a relaxed view of the river. Under the bar counter was a Hoshizaki ice machine that provided plenty of ice. The living room had a foot massage machine to soothe tired legs. The bathroom vent didn’t work; while showering a burnt smell came through so I stopped using the shower. Maintenance seemed questionable. I wanted to eat my own sashimi so I called to ask if there was a knife and cutting board, they said there was but I couldn’t find them, so I had to buy them at a Daiso in the fireworks festival venue. I thought the bar counter was open at night for a bar, but it wasn’t, so I drank my own alcohol. The front door had no lock, so I could wander out at night, but it felt a bit unsafe.
