The stay far surpassed our expectations: the team was exceptionally kind and helpful, and the accommodation was spotless, tidy, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the shared terrace with a kitchen and the stunning view. The location is right on the coast, yet secluded enough that you can't hear the traffic. The owners also organize boat trips, which we highly recommend, as well as a nighttime turtle watching tour that was a truly special and unforgettable experience for us. Everything else was great.

“Eine top Unterkunft mit einem hervorragenden Team!”

The rooms were very modern, clean, and comfortable. Wow—one must always consider the effort required to bring all the gear by boat to Tortuguero. Carmen went to great lengths to set up the property so beautifully. We joined a boat tour and a turtle nesting tour with Carmen and Angelo, both of whom are absolutely excellent guides. They care deeply about the animals, and you can feel that they prioritize wildlife protection over a standard guide program.

The bed was wonderful, Carmen was very helpful and always ready. A kettle could have been provided in the room.

“Heerlijk verblijf!”

I stayed in a beautiful, tidy room that had everything I needed, including shower supplies, and the staff were eager to arrange everything for me. We also booked a tour through them and it was set up perfectly. The only thing that would have made it flawless is a coffee and tea set.

“Gentilezza”

Carmen and Angelo were very kind, attentive and helpful. The room was spotless and quite spacious, with a very large and comfortable bed. The location was a bit off‑center, and because it rained heavily, the road to the restaurants was completely flooded. The shower lacked a shower head and the water flow was very slow. Breakfast wasn’t offered, but we were aware of that.
