“Prijemny pobyt za dobru cenu”
We traveled solo and found the hotel surprisingly affordable, which is how it should be judged. The property consists of a renovated wing with bright yellow‑orange rooms overlooking a rectangular pool, plus an older section, and the newer rooms look nicer. The pool was clear enough for a swim and we always managed to snag a free lounge chair during the day. The all‑inclusive buffet was tasty despite a limited selection, and we could always mix and match dishes; the meat, sides, salads, fruit, pastries and pudding were all great, and coffee, soft drinks and basic alcohol were available all day. The hotel’s designated beach was about a seven‑minute walk along the promenade toward town, and we always found a free sunbed with an umbrella; we liked it because it wasn’t crowded and the sand‑bottomed water was pleasant. A shorter walk led to the eastern public beach Būyūk, where the water was crystal clear and there were few people. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt we got good value. At the end of the trip the receptionist Mohamed, who arranged our taxi to the airport a day in advance, caused stress: we waited another 40 minutes for the car at the agreed time, and the afternoon drive took 1.5 hours, so without that early booking we would have been in a real time crunch. Next time we’ll book the transfer directly through the booking platform.
“Great Stay at Sayanora Hotel – Excellent Service & Unbeatable Location!”
Great rooms: clean, comfortable, and spacious—especially the rooms in the main building with a private terrace. Exceptional staff: outstanding service everywhere; the team was warm, attentive, and more than helpful throughout our stay. Good food: solid variety and quality at meals, offering plenty of delicious options every day. Convenient beach access: only a 5‑minute walk to the beach, complete with complimentary hotel sunbeds and umbrellas. Terrible coffee: the coffee at the hotel was honestly awful and could really use a major upgrade. AC positioning: the air conditioner points directly at the bed. Given the intense heat and humidity, you couldn’t sleep without it on, but having cold air blow straight onto you made sleeping uncomfortable.
“fin placering, fint hotel, men man skal ikke have mega store forventninger”
The staff was sweet, and the location was good. You can really be unlucky with the rooms, and ours was completely wooden brown and the air conditioner leaked water so our bed got soaked. After a lot of black water was drained from it, one of the staff asked if we could just wait until the next day for the sheets and pillows—our first time there in 2024, there were no problems.
“Sympa mais il faut être très indulgent et s’accommoder de la vétusté de tout”
Food varied and well prepared. The staff is friendly and helpful. Pool service is quick and pleasant, and the pools are well maintained. The building and all facilities feel old, about thirty years old. The beach umbrellas and loungers are frighteningly old. In our triple room the shower was ripped out, there was a constant pipe smell, and no power outlets. The lighting was terrible and poorly placed. Some essential items are paid for (the safe and beach towels).
The hotel staff were very friendly, the room had air‑conditioning, they added a baby cot and changed towels daily, and the Turkish night was a highlight. The neighborhood was decent, close to the promenade and a 20‑minute walk to the sights. On the downside, the food became monotonous after a week, and the hotel beach was terrible—full of stones, and I cut my foot on one. It wasn’t the wide, sandy beach I had imagined. Also, the pool was off‑limits after 18:00, which was disappointing.
