“Relaxing stay”
The staff were excellent, but the room was very clean.
The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but there was a smell in the carpet.

Brianna handled check‑in superbly and swapped our room when I asked, showing excellent customer service; the hotel’s location was great, though the building feels a bit dated and could use some updates.
