The hotel was well set up, but it was very old and lacked maintenance; many items were loose—like the shower rod, door handles, and even the home trainer seat in the gym—this was disappointing for the price of the stays.

The location is ideal for bike trips and offers good space to lock your own bikes, but the cleaning of the public areas was below standard and some breakfast items were not up to par.

The bathroom was clean, but our room was truly bland; it was large, yet it felt empty and there was no window that could be opened.

The TV remote barely worked, probably out of batteries.
