The structure is fantastic, with an excellent location just a 10‑minute walk from Mushroom Bay and everything within reach. The owner is very kind, offered to take me to various parts of the island multiple times, and helped me resolve a credit‑card issue. The room was welcoming and clean. No complaints.

The location was fantastic, with great warungs right nearby and Dream Beach just a stone's throw away. The host was always super helpful and had a smile on his face. Absolutely wonderful! Nothing to complain about :)

The spot is decent, the rooms look nice, and there's a lovely garden. It has potential, but right now it’s not great. On the day we arrived, we immediately noticed a musty, moldy smell in the room. We told the owner right away, but he seemed to dismiss it. Over the next two days we both kept coughing and slept poorly. We discovered a lot of mold behind the bed on the wooden wall, plus many damp spots on the wall. We reported it again, but communication was hard because the owner barely speaks English. He tried to clean it, but it didn’t help enough, so we said we could no longer stay. When we moved to another place, he chased us to see where we were going, without asking permission. That made us feel very uncomfortable. We both felt sick for more than a week and had a lot of coughing. I hope something is done about this. It’s a nice place, but staying here in this condition is unhealthy.

I can’t recommend this spot enough – it’s modest yet pleasant, spotless, and the manager is genuinely one of the friendliest people I’ve met; if you want something inexpensive, straightforward and handy, this is the place to book.
