The breakfast was very good, but the bathroom shower leaks a lot of water, and the minibar prices are high.

The booking said there was parking, but there wasn’t. We booked a room with breakfast included, yet they tried to refuse it; we had to insist and they only gave it as a “favor” even though we paid for it. Every morning, when we asked for the room number at breakfast, they told us it wasn’t included and we had to explain again—three mornings in a row. On arrival night, they said the Wi‑Fi didn’t work. After the first day, we ran out of toilet paper; we called reception for supplies, but nothing was delivered. We went out for a walk and when we returned at night, the room still had no toilet paper. The hotel left a lot to be desired: the facilities are old and in need of updates. In the rooms, you can hear a lot of internal noise from the floor above and everything that happens in the hallway. I imagine the hallway sounds everything inside a room as well. The organization of service was terrible, creating many uncomfortable situations that don’t make for a good guest experience.

Excellent location, the rooms with street views are great, and the hotel staff are very accommodating. The bathrooms and towels could use better hygiene.
