The bath and breakfast, plus the location. The staff were extremely courteous! I relaxed too much in the bath after entering it several times (laughs). The shoe rack in the large bath area was hidden behind the noren, making it very hard to find – that’s about it.

The hot spring was larger than I imagined, which was a pleasant surprise. The room, however, was dirty and far from the photos; the fluorescent bulbs made it feel sad, though the price was good. When I asked for a cleaning because I had left too many sweets in the room, they brought a dirty commercial vacuum and told me to handle it myself—an amusing episode.
