“Circular saws and raw chicken.”

The bed was incredibly comfortable, but the hotel was a construction site! We had to walk over circular saws, piping, and electrical wires to get in, which felt extremely dangerous. We ordered food that was undercooked (chicken) and a pasta dish that still had sauce on the handful of penne pieces after we ate. Despite not being able to eat it, we were still charged, and the food cost the same as the hotel booking! I later fell ill from this food. I am beyond disappointed with the service and would not recommend staying here.

“Don’t waste your money on this hotel there is lots of more goods hotels by this is worriest”

I recently booked a stay at this hotel, but when I arrived, the manager informed me that they had cancelled my reservation due to offering a better price. Despite the initial confusion, I found the hotel to be quite affordable, but the quality of service from the staff left much to be desired. It felt like a two-star hotel, which made me question why it had received a four-star rating. Overall, my experience was somewhat underwhelming.

We only had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a single night, but it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, and the rooftop bar was a highlight, thanks to the exceptional staff who made us feel truly welcome. If you're ever in Zirakpur, I highly recommend staying here – you won't be disappointed. We were thoroughly impressed and would give it a well-deserved 11 out of 10.

“Recommended but tariff is too high”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by the steep daily tariff, which didn't quite match up to the amenities offered. While I was expecting a more luxurious experience, the hotel fell short of my expectations in this regard.
