The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Presidential Palace and 35 minutes from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

The property was well‑located near the airport for my Bali trip and close to the city center. I didn’t like the room’s cleanliness where my friends stayed; when the lights were turned off, the outlets would also shut off, so they need to check that. There were also damp marks in the room.

The structure is very welcoming, modern, and clean. We stayed here for the first and last night of our road trip, using it as a layover before and after the airport for Bali. The staff were very friendly, and they kept my suitcase in the luggage storage until the last day (I was traveling only with a backpack). The room was spacious, clean, modern, and had everything you need. The staff were genuinely helpful and kind. I definitely recommend it.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The location isn’t the best. Also, when we arrived they told us we had been given an upgraded room at no extra cost (and without us requesting it). In that room the air conditioner leaked water onto the floor, but we mentioned it at reception and they switched us to another room. In that new room the air conditioner didn’t leak, but it wasn’t actually an upgraded room as they had claimed. The breakfast leans more Asian than Western.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a lot to offer, including a great location, nice breakfast, and comfortable rooms. The hotel had a lot of rooms, which was a plus, and the staff seemed friendly. However, I did notice that the rooms lacked a wardrobe or almirah, which was a minor inconvenience.
