“We probably will not choose to stay here again.”
The location is perfect for Cinci concerts and the place stays pretty quiet. The shower was broken, had no water pressure, no soap, and the room could have been cleaner.
“Great location! Bathtubs need an update!”
The spot is great for the concert. The tub was filthy; even after cleaning it still looked gross. The young lady at check‑in claimed I had no reservation and didn’t bother to look it up properly, while the man beside her found it instantly. I’m baffled by her lack of effort and concern.
“Would do again !!”
The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, and the front desk clerks were great 🙌👍💯. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work.
The rooms were clean and quiet, and there was nothing nearby.
The rooms were comfortable and the staff were nice.
