“Nice, but nothing spectacular.”
The room matched our expectations: a king bed with a jetted tub. The pool area was gorgeous, and the sunrise and sunset views from the property were amazing. The front desk staff were fantastic, always supplying what I needed, setting up TV channels, and fixing the jetted tub. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew was terrible—stinky, with a cat‑pee‑and‑poison smell in the room. Housekeeping never checked on us, never cleaned, and never offered help. I had to go to the front desk for supplies, and I left trash and laundry outside the door to be collected; they returned a bag with only two towels and toilet paper. They never entered the room during our stay. Breakfast was subpar and lacked variety.
