“C'è del potenziale ma...”

Parking under the building was convenient, and the digital door opening from the website and digital check‑in were very handy. I arrived late at night, the window was open, it was cold, and there was no blanket in the room so I was cold all night. The windows and doors were not sound‑proofed at all; every time a car passed, it seemed to echo in the room, and any movement in other rooms or the hallway was perfectly audible. A lady entered the room before checkout time, waking me up.

“It's ok not worth the money”

The shower and bathroom were pretty good. There was no coffee machine as advertised, only a kettle, cups, and glasses, and no cooker as stated. The owner never spoke to us; when I asked for a taxi number, the chef just handed me a card and walked away. The restaurant downstairs was noisy when open. There were cobwebs on the bed near the window.

The place is well located, but the rooms were not clean; there were hairs even in the fridge.

The restaurant downstairs and the spacious bathroom are great, but the interior feels a bit cold and needs a refresh; still, I recommend it as a base for sleeping.
