The food was amazing, the staff were excellent and extremely polite, and everything else was perfect. The bathtub and the devices that turn on the channel were a bit dirty; I had to fill it and turn it on three times to get it completely clean, so it needs better cleaning inside and out, but otherwise everything was fine.

We arrived to a room that smelled like cigarette smoke, with no sheets or blanket to cover ourselves. The bathtub was dirty and the water had a sewage smell. We ordered a pizza, but it arrived raw and cold, and even the breakfast that was included in the package we booked was refused by reception. The tablet didn't work, nor did the Wi‑Fi. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

I'm not sure what to make of this review, as it seems to be a contradictory mix of positive and negative comments. While the sauna was apparently excellent, the reviewer only mentions it as a negative point, which doesn't make much sense. I'll assume they meant to say it was a positive aspect, but the review is still unclear.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some redeeming qualities, such as the cleanliness of the room. However, I encountered several issues, including a non-functional TV, a lack of blankets, and a pair of slippers that were provided but not needed. To top it off, the breakfast service was slow, and we ended up leaving without having a chance to enjoy our meal.

While I appreciated some of the hotel's amenities, such as the high-quality sound system and large TV, my stay was marred by several significant issues, including a poorly designed bathroom, a lack of clear signage for the reception area, and a dirty shower. Additionally, the breakfast service was overpriced, and the room lights were faulty. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
