The place was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the location was great – I’d definitely recommend it.
The location was perfect, right near the city center, but the family rooms ended up on the upper floors.
It’s very close to Plaza de Armas in Arequipa, but the fourth floor is reserved for Booking, so having to climb the stairs was a hassle.
I was disappointed that the rooms were on the top floor and there was no elevator.

The spot was convenient, but the staff didn’t offer any help or talk to us. We needed assistance booking tours, buying items, and figuring out where to catch vehicles, yet they were unresponsive. They told us that because we booked through the service, we’d be assigned rooms on the higher floors and that we could pay more to stay lower, but that wasn’t mentioned in their description. The bathrooms had mold and dampness.
