Everything was brand new and very clean. The minimalist Scandinavian design gave it a cool, youthful vibe. I loved the rooms and public areas, and the staff were eager to help. It’s close to West Yan’an metro, with many restaurants nearby, plus a supermarket and wet market on Yangzhai Road. I booked here because it’s near Donghua University, where my daughter is doing summer school. It worked perfectly for us. Loved everything!

Convenient and safe, with staff who were extremely helpful and patient with my very limited Chinese; I can't fault it. The only downside was that my room had no fridge, which would have made it perfect.

The place was tidy and the staff were kind :) The subway station was close, making it easy to explore.

The staff were awesome, always ready to help. The hotel was clean, linen good, laundry and smoking area available, mini cafe with tea, coffee, beer, water, and Wi‑Fi was solid. The location is great – just a short walk to the market, shops, and an American restaurant that serves tasty food at good prices. The only downside? They can't call city taxis, so if you don't have Alipay or your phone is dead, getting to the airport at 4 am is a nightmare. Write your passwords down.
