The staff were excellent and the management very attentive; there was actually nothing to complain about.

The hotel is superb and the lift and bus passes are also excellent, though the prices are high—yet that’s Switzerland, and these rates weren’t more expensive than elsewhere.

The service is great, it’s family‑friendly, and the staff are wonderful, but the pillows were lacking.

Evenings were entertaining, the staff were friendly, rooms were clean with daily service, the breakfast was good, the facilities lovely, and access to other parts of Engadin and the nearby town was easy; the on‑site restaurant options were also good.
