Positive points include cleanliness and the staff’s willingness to help, who handle tenant contact; negative aspects are the lack of basic cutlery in the kitchen (missing tea spoons and overall insufficient utensils), a fridge too small for four rooms, and no cleaning supplies in the kitchen (no dishwasher tablets).

A nice small room inside an apartment, with a fully stocked communal kitchen that has everything needed; check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free via a key safe, but the place was quite noisy when the kitchen was in use.
