Family rooms feature air‑conditioning, balconies, private bathrooms, bidets, hairdryers, coffee machines, and free toiletries. Guests enjoy free Wi‑Fi, a paid airport shuttle, a dining area, sofa bed, refrigerator, microwave, TV, and private entrance.

Location 10. Space in the apartment 10. Luxury 10. The only issue is the lack of a cutting board and a larger knife.

We were reached out by Margherita and Chiara right from the start to help us set up our stay, and they threw in a bunch of activity ideas for Cagliari. Luca, the owner, was super friendly and answered every question we had; he’s a great host with a fantastic place. The apartment is huge, spotless, and stylish, with a balcony that looks out onto the main street, air conditioning, and all the appliances you could need. The spot is unbeatable—right in the middle of Cagliari, just a 5‑10 minute walk to every bar and restaurant you might want, and most of those spots are just a short climb up a hill. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Cagliari and I can’t wait to come back! There was nothing to complain about.
