Everything was fine! There was nothing to complain about.
We spent three nights there, enjoying a superb central city location. Both the room and the restaurant hall were generally clean, and the housekeeping staff were pleasant. Breakfast earned a solid 4‑star rating – we never went hungry, though I dock a point for over‑cooked eggs, yesterday’s salad and stale bread. The reception ladies were unfriendly, never greeting us even in response. The standard room was tiny, the balcony was makeshift and dirty, and its door wouldn’t even open. Overall it wasn’t terrible, but based on other reviews I had expected more.

I have no further questions, but could you put a white one in the room instead of a red one? 😁
