The check‑in area looked nice and the heated pool on floor 32 was a highlight, but I arrived at 13:00 and wasn’t given my room until after 16:30. The blankets in the closet were filthy—full of hair, dirt, stains, and even leftover paper from previous guests. It was absolutely disgusting.

The new building caught my eye, but once I got into the room I realized I’d booked through a private individual rather than the hotel itself. The receptionist explained that the person had bought the room and was reselling it, and that evening the seller demanded payment, saying “you’ve got the key, now you have to pay,” which left me baffled about what kind of vacation service this was. When I checked in I asked about the breakfast price and registered with the front desk, only to find out the next morning that I wasn’t actually signed up; luckily I had already paid and could eat, so the stay wasn’t just a string of irritating incidents.

I was really disappointed with the service here - they didn't even bother to bring my stuff up to the room. And the amenities were pretty subpar, like the low-quality soap and weirdly shaped water glasses. The room itself was tiny and the door was super hard to open.

I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. The bath on the balcony was a highlight - the view was amazing. But, there were some issues - we had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready, and the person who showed us to our room didn't speak any English. The room also didn't match the pictures, and the city felt really deserted with not many restaurant options, and the ones there were overpriced.
