“Super lovely location, really comfortable and clean”

The place is quiet and very comfortable, with good air conditioning, but it’s a bit tricky to locate and hard to find anyone to help.

The spot is perfect – close to the main beach and everything, so I rarely needed a scooter, and the walk to the port takes only 10 minutes. It’s quiet too. The only downside was the slightly smelly water, which I guess is normal for the island since it has no aquifer.

“A very relaxing stay convenient to everything you need.”

The room was huge and comfy, with plenty of drawers, shelves, and a rod with hangers to unpack. Wifi worked well, just had one hiccup that needed resetting. The building sits back from the beach between two other resorts, giving a calm vibe while staying close to everything. I loved the electric kettle for morning coffee and the terrace where I could sit with my brew. I’m already eyeing a return trip. The water was shut off briefly because an adjoining property did maintenance; I wish I’d been warned beforehand. Extra bottled water in the room would have been handy, even if I’d pay for it, so I wouldn’t have to buy it at nearby shops. A drying rack for wet beach gear would help, though I managed by hanging swimsuits over the plastic chairs on the terrace. The AC was a bit slow to cool after a break, but once it did, the room was spot‑on. Power outages happened a few times, but that’s a general issue around Malapascua, not the property’s fault.

The location and cleanliness were good. However, there was no hot water in the bathroom; the sink and shower were set up so you can only turn the water on or off, not adjust the temperature.

“Perfect location for good price”

Right on the beach, close to restaurants, and a quiet, peaceful spot. The shower was cold but that didn’t bother me.
