The hotel's biggest letdown was its outdated decor, but the staff made up for it with their friendly service. The rooms were small, but the cleanliness was top-notch. Overall, it's not the worst place to stay, but it's definitely not the best either.

“Couldn't stay as room booked and paid for was not available”

I was shocked when I found out that the room I booked wasn't available, and I had to wait over two hours at the facility. To make matters worse, the rooms were filthy, especially the bedding, and it felt like I was paying way too much for the subpar experience.

The location is the real highlight of this place - it's right in the heart of the city, so you can easily walk to all the main attractions. Unfortunately, the rest of my stay was a bit of a disaster. The food was pretty terrible, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and the shower door wouldn't even close properly. To top it all off, I had to pay for my rooms twice because the booking system didn't recognize my credit card payment. Needless to say, I won't be back.

“Great service!”

The staff here really know how to make you feel at home. They're attentive, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and happy. It's clear the management puts a lot of effort into training their team, because everyone I interacted with was top-notch. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you want to feel like you're getting the royal treatment.
