“Negativa”
Only the location was decent. The building was visibly dirty: dust on several surfaces, the bathroom was unclean, and the shower was in unacceptable condition. Another major issue was the almost nonexistent walls, so you could clearly hear everything happening in other rooms, making it impossible to rest peacefully. The staff were not friendly.
The staff were welcoming and helpful, and when I asked for a room change at the last minute they were very accommodating. The cleaning was a bit lacking: aside from changing the toilet paper, the wipes weren’t replaced, or if they were, they weren’t clean. That said, I understand it’s a sort of hostel, so I didn’t expect thorough cleaning.

Accueil par Monsieur Johnny au top. Literie confortable . Bon équipement sanitaire. Difficulté à ouvrir le volet. Douche à l'eau froide le premier matin. Peut être y a t'il une reserve d'eau chaude pour les 4 logements et qu'il ne faut pas être dans les derniers à prendre sa douche?
The spot was close to the termini, making it easy to find and remember. The staff were friendly and helped us enjoy our stay in Rome. I would recommend checking in again.
