We loved our stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was fantastic, and the bus was super easy to catch right outside to get into town; we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed for a night while visiting family; the lakeside spot was lovely and close to the highway, and breakfast was excellent with a roomy room. However, the room was very cold, the heaters were off, and even when we turned them on they didn’t warm up much during the night; the pillows were very flat.

The location, meals, and service were solid, yet the guest room lacked enough lighting and storage space.

The location was great, but the price felt high.

I spotted the most beautiful view in Interlaken, but the staff at the restaurant were not very helpful.
