The hotel's location was perfect for me, with plenty of amenities nearby and a great breakfast spread.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I loved that the restaurant, bakery, and accommodation were all under one roof.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The location was good. The downside was the lack of shower gel.

I couldn't find anything good, but the room had a few windows, the seats were stained, the noise was annoying, the shower didn't work, the mattresses were bad, and the coffee at breakfast was cold…

The reception was good, cleaning happened daily with towel and bed changes, people were always available, the breakfast was the best you can see and very filling, and we even received a gift at departure. However, because we have trouble sleeping, street noise bothered us, and without exterior shutters some light seeped in, making it hard to fall asleep.
The service was friendly and the place was clean, and breakfast had variety, but there were no soaps or shower gel, breakfast had too many sweets and no fruit except apples, and we couldn't get internet access even though it was advertised.
