no coffee no breakfast and it had roaches it took us for 2 days to get towels and wash cloth. everything the hall had a loud smell

This place was disgusting; the pool was closed, and I’d rather have slept in my car than in that room; the odor was absolutely terrible.

Nothing. Was charged for early check in but didn't get the room until 3:01pm. The bedding had some type of glue on them and stains. Seen little spots on the matress that resembled bed bugs. We weren't in the room for 5 minutes when we went to the office for a refund which we never received. We were charged $177.00 for nothing

The location was convenient near the Braves stadium, but towels weren’t delivered to the room as requested and the staff said they would arrive at 10:30 am the next morning; extra toilet paper was refused even after repeated requests, just like the towels and rags; breakfast was absent, only coffee was available for a limited time; vending machines accepted only cash, and one drink machine charged $5 for card use; the pool was dirty, opened from 10 am to 8:30 pm, but on some days it didn’t open until after lunch.
